Shari Boos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Shari Boos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Shari started their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Manager at PDA. In 2002, they moved to Covansys as a Senior Recruiter. In 2005, they joined Atchison Hospital as a Human Resources Director, where they reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for recruitment of all healthcare staff, leadership development, policies/procedures, departmental budget, employee relations and disciplinary action, benefits administration, and compensation. In 2009, they moved to Tallgrass Creek as a Senior Human Resources Manager, managing all human resources activities for the community. In 2010, they became the Human Resources Director at Clinical Coding Solutions, Inc., where they built the human resources department from the ground-up and developed employee policies, new benefits offerings, performance management, and talent acquisition activities. In 2012, they joined T-System Inc. as a Human Resources Director, responsible for partnering with operations teams in all human resources policy, process and program development/management activities for this multi-office healthcare/technology company with a large remote workforce. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Director at Torch.AI, overseeing all talent acquisition and Human Resources functions for this high growth, AI/Machine Learning technology organization. Most recently, they joined CFO Systems, LLC in 2021 as a Human Resources Director and Consultant, and in 2022 they joined AgencyKPI, Inc. as a Human Resources Director.

Shari Boos holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution. In 2013, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI and in 2015, they obtained a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM. In 2019, they obtained a SHRM - SCP from SHRM.
