Director, Early Childhood Systems & Support at Agenda for Children

Caitlin Boley is currently the Director of Early Childhood Systems & Support at Agenda for Children. Prior to this role, she served as the Manager of Center for Early Childhood Advancement Operations and as a Program Manager for the New Orleans Early Education Network at the same organization. Caitlin also has experience as the Director of Service-Learning & Community Engagement at NetWork Volunteers, where she developed volunteer curriculum and managed relationships with community partners. Additionally, she has worked as a Faculty Assistant for Civic Engagement Series at Pace University and as a Student Outreach & New Media Projects Coordinator at the Center for Community Action and Research. Caitlin has also interned at PAX for peace and the Community Legal Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy & Religious Studies from Pace University.

Our mission is to make Louisiana a state in which all children can thrive. Our work currently focuses primarily on the early childhood sector and KIDS COUNT, an effort to inform public conversations about children using local data and analysis.
