Nayhib Padron

Nayhib Padron has a diverse work experience in the field of web development. They started their career in 2013 as a Web Developer at Publicis de Venezuela and worked there until 2014. They then moved on to TBWA Venezuela, where they took on the role of a Web Developer, responsible for leading the overall development of the digital area and utilizing cutting-edge web development techniques. They worked at TBWA Venezuela for a few months before joining La Web Mercadeo Interactivo as a Web Developer in 2014. They worked there until 2016, gaining valuable experience in web development. In 2016, Nayhib Padron joined AgendaPro (YC W21) as a Ruby on Rails Programmer and later took on the role of VP of Engineering in April 2022.

Nayhib Padron completed their TSU en Informatica degree in Análisis de sistemas informáticos/Analista from IUTA during the period from 2010 to 2013. They have also obtained additional certifications in Engineering Management from Reforge in August 2022, Arquitecto aws from Udemy in January 2019, Rails For Zombies from Envy Labs in September 2016, Desarrollo HTML5 from Google in March 2016, and they have completed courses in React Native and Testing Jest & Enzyme from Udemy (specific dates unknown).
