Michelle Steinhafel

Michelle Steinhafel is an accomplished business professional currently serving as the Owner and COO of Agent Legend since January 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Process Improvement and was involved in Health Plan Operations at Bright Health from April 2020 to March 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Alvarez & Marsal from September 2014 to June 2019, progressing from Analyst to Director, and an internship at EY in 2013. Michelle also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Questions & Solutions Engineering, Inc. and as Head Lacrosse Coach for Minnesota Elite Lacrosse. Michelle holds an MBA in Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
