Anna Stolarz is a seasoned recruitment and business development professional with extensive experience in the IT sector. As Co-Owner and COO of Winged IT since December 2017, and Partner - Head of Recruitment at doITinPoland.com since December 2020, Anna plays a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies for IT companies in Poland. Additionally, as Founder and CEO of IT Epoque, Anna focuses on connecting top tech talents with industry leaders. Previous experience includes serving as Recruitment & Business Development Director at Morgan Aidec and Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Technology Division at Citi Service Center Poland. Anna's educational background includes post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management and Negotiation, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
