Carla Turcu

Carla Turcu is an Urban Development Expert-Officer at Agenția de Dezvoltare Regională Nord-Vest since December 2023, and concurrently serves as a Project Engineer at Hesed ACM since August 2023. Previously, Carla held the position of Network Planning Engineer at Triopt Group from May 2022 to August 2023 and worked as an Engineer at TEHNOTOP88 between August 2019 and May 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geodesy from Technical University of Cluj Napoca, awarded in July 2021, and a Master's degree in Geomatics from Babes-Bolyai University, completed in April 2023.
