Harriett Shepherd (MCIPD)

Harriett Shepherd (MCIPD) has a diverse range of work experience. Harriett is currently working as the Director HRBP at Agenus since 2023. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Antylia Scientific as a Human Resources Business Partner EMEA and a HR Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Contractor for various clients in 2017. From 2013 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust including Medical Staffing Project Officer, Recruitment Advisor, and Revalidation and Compliance Officer. Harriett started their career at DB Communications in 1995, where they worked as an HR Generalist and later as a PA to the Human Resources Director.

Harriett Shepherd (MCIPD) holds a CIPD Level 7 degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Development from Anglia Ruskin University. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained several certifications from Thomas International.
