Samantha Spratley

Samantha Spratley is a Senior Scientist at Agenus since November 2021, previously serving as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca from May 2019 to October 2021, where expertise in molecular biology and protein sciences was applied to generate target antigens for drug discovery. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Scientist II at MedImmune and Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, focusing on sphingolipid processing enzymes related to lysosomal storage disorders. Samantha earned a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Cambridge, where research involved structural and cell biology techniques to investigate lysosomal enzyme disorders. Earlier academic achievements include an MRes from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Human Physiology from the University of Leeds.
