Billy MacDonald

Billy Macdonald serves as the Senior Director of DevOps at Agero, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the CloudDevOps, Site Reliability, and Data Network teams to enhance the speed, resiliency, security, and quality of business products. Notable experience includes overseeing 24/7 offshore operations support, managing migration projects to Amazon Web Services, and driving automation improvements across various teams. Prior to the current role, Billy held multiple positions at Agero, including Director of DevOps and Cloud Team Manager/Architect, and has a robust background in system engineering and technical support from earlier roles at Convergys. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
