Karina Lau

Karina Lau currently serves as the US Country Manager at Agerpix Technologies, a position held since January 2023. Additionally, Karina operates a Latina-owned bee business focused on bee pollination services and honey production, established in March 2016. In March 2023, Karina co-founded Tierra Consulting LLC, which aims to empower Latino and Latina individuals in the agricultural industry by addressing their unique challenges and supporting community values. Previously, Karina was a Partner at KNBS California LLC from September 2019 to September 2024 and served as a Business Development Manager at AgroTraction from April 2022 to January 2023. Karina's educational background includes training in entrepreneurship, product development, and licensing from INVENTRIGHT.
