Özgür Erdoğan

Özgür Erdoğan started their work experience in 2002 at Oyak Bank as a Retail Marketing Specialist. Özgür then moved on to Citibank as a Personal Banker in 2004, and later joined Pfizer as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in 2007. In 2008, they began working at MetLife, first as an Assistant Training Manager, then as a Regional Sales Manager, and finally as the Head of Agency. Özgür is currently working at AgeSA Hayat ve Emeklilik, where they have held various roles including Manager of Projects & External Affairs, Group Manager of Retail Development, and currently CSO (Chief Sales Officer) of Direct Sales, Agency & Corporate.

Özgür Erdoğan earned a Master's degree in Executive MBA from Middle East Technical University in the years 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at the same university from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their education, Özgür Erdoğan also obtained several certifications, including FLMI - Fellow, Life Management Institute from LOMA in 2011, SPK - Temel Düzey from Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu in 2004, and AEDP - Agency Executive Development Program from MetLife, though the year of completion is unknown.
