Eric Chess M.D.

Eric Chess MD, JD is a distinguished healthcare and legal professional, currently serving as the Founder and Director of the Paul Freeman Financial Security Program and Aging and Wellbeing at the Knoebel Institute for Healthy Aging, University of Denver. Chess holds multiple roles, including Chair of the Colorado Older Adults Financial Justice Coalition, Clinical Professor, and Advisory Board Member for various organizations focused on financial empowerment and aging, along with active participation in several policy committees related to Alzheimer's and dementia. An accomplished educator, Chess is affiliated with the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and Sturm College of Law as an Affiliate Professor and Adjunct Professor, respectively.
