Paul Kennard

Paul Kennard has extensive experience in the finance and investment management industry. Paul started their career in 1991 as a Graduate Trainee at Samuel Montagu & Co / Midland Montagu. Paul then worked at HSBC in various roles, including Head of Business Development, Head of Product & Marketing, and Head of Marketing & Client Strategy for the North America region. At HSBC, they were responsible for creating and managing marketing and client strategy functions and successfully launching various international and emerging market investment capabilities. In 2015, Paul founded Spencer Wealth Management, where they served as CEO and Founder. Paul later joined AGF Investments as the Vice President of U.S. Business Management, where they were responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives.

Paul Kennard obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Management Science from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 1988 to 1991. In 1990, they also received a Certificate of French Language from Université Stendhal Grenoble 3 in the field of French Studies. Paul has additional certifications including the Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Analysis from the CAIA Association in 2020, the Partners, Directors & Officers Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in 2015, the Chartered Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in 2008, and the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in 2002.
