Stephen Duench

Stephen Duench, CFA has an extensive work experience in the financial industry. Stephen started their career in 2007 at AGF Investments, where they served as a VP & Portfolio Manager and was a senior member of the AGFiQ team. Stephen managed the AGFiQ Canadian Dividend Income Fund since June 2015.

In 2021, Stephen joined Highstreet Asset Management as the Co-Head of Highstreet Private Client. In this role, they are responsible for establishing the mission, vision, and strategic direction of the company. Stephen also leads the effective and accountable management and administration of the company. Additionally, as a portfolio manager for AGF Investments Inc., Stephen manages AGFiQ's North America equity income products and serves as the lead portfolio manager for the Highstreet Dividend Income Fund.

Prior to their roles in the financial industry, Stephen worked as a Teaching Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2004 to 2007.

Stephen Duench, CFA holds an Honours BA degree in Financial Mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University, which they earned between 2003 and 2007. Stephen has also obtained the Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canada Securities Institue and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute.
