Rasmus Nørgaard Hansen is currently the Sales Director at AGF. Rasmus has previously worked as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Jyllands-Posten from September 2011 to August 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing Jyllands-Posten's commercial business (subscription business).
Rasmus's responsibilities included:
- Turnaround of the subscription business (sales)
- Establishing Field Marketing
- Developing Jyllands-Posten's distribution network & loose sales
- External collaboration agreements
- Recruiting salespeople and sales training, including target setting interviews
- Execution of new ideas / initiatives that will develop Jyllands-Posten commercially
- Develop commercial digital products for JP's platforms
Before their work at Jyllands-Posten, Rasmus was an apprentice at Lemvigh-Müller A/S from September 2009 to August 2011.
Rasmus Nørgaard Hansen holds a HD(O) Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Aarhus University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the same school. Rasmus also has a certification from PeopleTools in PeopleTools. Prior to their current educational attainment, they were a handelselev, or trading apprentice, in the field of Salg from Business College Syd. Rasmus also attended HHX at Campus Vejle.
