Mark Pensaert

Mark Pensaert is currently a Board Member at Agfa, and was previously Chairman of Investment Banking at Alantra from September 2015 to July 2018. Prior to that, they were Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Leonardo & Co. from January 2008 to January 2015, and Managing Director and Head of the Benelux at Lazard from January 2004 to December 2008. Mark also served as Président du Conseil d'Administration at Tikehau Capital Belgium from November 2019 to July 2020. Mark has also held positions at MRP Consulting and Agfa-Gevaert Group, and was an Associé-Gérant at Lazard Frères from March 2001 to June 2004.

Mark Pensaert has a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Master's Degree in Law from Ghent University. Mark also has a degree in business from the Vlerick Business School and the London Business School.
