Stef Verbrigghe

Stef Verbrigghe is an accomplished freelance consultant and interim manager with a focus on organizational turnaround, specializing in data-driven assessments for growth opportunities and cost optimization since March 2018. Previously, Stef served as the COO of LynxCare, Inc. from April 2019 to June 2023, where leadership contributed to the development of big data infrastructure for hospitals, enhancing quality reporting and research output. Prior experience at The Boston Consulting Group included roles as Project Leader and Consultant, focusing on operations in Western Europe and optimizing processes in the pharmaceutical and consumer sectors. Stef co-founded Impact Diner, fostering entrepreneurial connections among youth, and holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from KU Leuven and an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
