Ximena Schallenberg

Ximena Schallenberg has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ximena is currently working at Agfa as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition for the AGFA Group. Prior to that, they held various roles at Agfa HealthCare, including Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor for the Americas. Ximena also worked at OpenText as a Senior Advisor for Global Talent Acquisition in the Americas. Before that, they worked at Rogers Communications as a Recruitment Consultant and at BlackBerry as a Program Manager for Global Talent Acquisition and a Senior Technical Recruiter. Ximena started their career as a Technical and Professional Recruiter at Grand River Personnel Limited and later worked as an IT Recruiter at Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc and Integra I.T. Partners.

Ximena Schallenberg completed Six Sigma Green Belt training from BlackBerry in 2013. Ximena also holds a BA in Business Administration from Politécnico Grancolombiano. Additionally, they obtained the LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification from LinkedIn Certification in September 2018.
