Philippe Bregeard

Philippe Bregeard has extensive experience in safety, security, and risk management, currently serving as Coordinateur Incendie et Sécurité and Chargé de mission Sécurité Sûreté at Agglo du Saint-Quentinois since January 2017. Prior to this role, Philippe held significant positions within the Ville de Saint-Quentin from June 2008 to December 2016, focusing on risk management and serving as Chef de Service Organisation et Méthode in the Direction des Ressources Humaines. Philippe's earlier career included roles at the Ministère de la Défense / ONACVG, where responsibilities encompassed human resources management and maintenance of aerial security systems, as well as a position at the Ministère des Armées, overseeing the maintenance of radar systems for surveillance and fire control from July 1995 to July 2003.
