Maruthupandian Palaisamy

Maruthu is the Data Services Director focused on hospitality data. He is a Computer Science graduate, starting his career in 2007 with Amoeba Publishing Solutions. He joined 365 Media in 2010 as a Data Analyst, and moved through the ranks to lead teams on numerous successful data projects for that company. With his technical background, he is able to understand and guide advanced technical implementations whilst still being able to communicate updates and insights directly and simply with the many customers in this market. In his current role, Maruthu’s primary focus is on enriched and automation-driven data services, on-time delivery of accurate data, client onboarding and everything else related to data. His core strengths include precise planning, execution, communication and above all building an efficient team that is motivated to succeed. He believes that appreciating the team and being supportive through the entire process lifecycle leads to outstanding results.
