Sarah Justice serves as the Global Head of Recruitment at Aggreko, following a significant career in talent acquisition and human resources. Previously, Sarah held the position of HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Texas Children's Hospital, where responsibilities included executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, ensuring compliance, and developing performance metrics. Earlier, at Hyland Software, Sarah advanced through various roles from Recruiter to Manager, Talent Acquisition, leading global hiring initiatives and managing recruitment teams. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Baldwin Wallace University, where collegiate experience included a student assistant role in the Business Division Office.
