Sarah Kuijlaars

Sarah brings extensive international finance expertise, together with experience in many of our most important markets.

With effect from September 2020, Sarah will be Chief Financial Officer of De Beers Group, a leading international diamond company with expertise in the exploration, mining and marketing of diamonds. Prior to joining De Beers Group. Sarah was Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Arcadis NV, a global design and engineering consultancy with a listing on the Euronext Amsterdam Stock Exchange. During a 25-year career at Royal Dutch Shell plc, Sarah held a number of senior financial leadership roles and in addition was Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Rolls-Royce Holdings plc.

Sarah has a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an Associate member of Corporate Treasurers.
