Joel Tjepkes

Joel Tjepkes has a strong work history with a focus on operations and continuous improvement. Joel most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Aggressive Hydraulics, Inc since October 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Lean Partners from March 2014 to October 2016. Joel also held various roles at Archway Marketing Services, including Director of Continuous Improvement from September 2010 to March 2014, Director of Operations in 2011, and Operations Manager, Planning Manager, Supervisor, and Lead from 2002 to 2011. Their experience in the field began with a role as Shipping Lead at Medical Arts Press from January 2000 to March 2002.

Joel Tjepkes has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul. Joel also has a Black Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma from Villanova University and a Lean Leader Certification in Lean/Continuous Improvement from the Manufacturers Alliance.
