Paul Johnson has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Paul started their career at Hydro-Line Manufacturing in 1984, working in R&D. Paul then moved on to Seitz Manufacturing in 1987, where they worked as a Design Engineer. From 1988 to 2000, Paul held various roles at Commercial Intertech, including Engineering Manager and later General Manager. Paul then joined Parker Hannifin as a General Manager from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, Paul founded Aggressive Hydraulics, Inc. and currently serves as the Founder, President, and CEO. Alongside this, they have also served on the boards of ESA - Equipment Service Association and Village Bank.

Paul Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the years 1980 to 1984. Paul also holds a certification as a Certified Fluid Power Specialist from the International Fluid Power Society.
