Nancy Hakenson

Director, Accounting & Finance at Agil3 Technology Solutions

Ms. Hakenson is responsible for various support operations at A3T, to include Financial Management, Accounts Receivables and Payables, Invoicing, Budget formation and management, ensuring final or intermediate cost objectives are achieved, and Human Capital Management. With 23 years of experience working with the Federal Government and Industry, she brings innovative accounting, budget and employee relations solutions to the company.

Ms. Hakenson has extensive experience in conforming to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), ensuring finances are managed responsibly, and that accounting systems are compliant for government contracting purposes. This includes preparing financial performance reports, program operating budgets, and human capital management / personnel staffing solutions. Prior to joining the Agil3Tech Team, Ms. Hakenson served in various management roles in finance, budget, and at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to include Deputy Director of the Budget Division, Supervisory Program Analyst, and a Budget Analyst.

Ms. Hakenson has an A.A. in Business Administration from the Northern Virginia Community College, Woodbridge, Virginia, and various coursework in Finance and Accounting, Business, Management and Finance, and Cost Accounting and Finance.
