Elke Vanderfeesten

Elke Vanderfeesten is an experienced Agile coach with a strong background in facilitating growth and innovation within organizations. Currently serving as an Agile coach at Kraft Heinz since February 2024, Elke has also been with Agilar Benelux since October 2020, focusing on coaching multiple Scrum teams and departments to foster a positive work environment. Previous roles include Agile coach at AlphaCredit, Lean coach at Brink’s Inc, and project guidance at UCLL. Elke has extensive experience in coaching, training, and developing teams, as well as crafting educational paths across various sectors, including foodservice and education.
