Christopher Makela

Christopher Makela is currently serving as a SOC Analyst II at Agile Defense since December 2023. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as a Security Operations Center Analyst at CyberNow Labs from April 2023 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as an Aircraft Mechanic at VERTEX AEROSPACE LLC and Amentum from September 2022 to August 2023 and October 2021 to October 2022, respectively. Christopher served in the United States Marine Corps from September 2012 to January 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, expected to complete between January 2024 and June 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, earned in January 2021. Christopher holds a High School Diploma from Cocoa High School, obtained in 2012.
