Danielle Cole

Mrs. Danielle Cole is the Chief of People Operations for Agile Defense, or in non-Agile Defense speak, the head of Human Resources and Recruiting for the company. With more than 8 years of tenure with Agile Defense, she oversees all of human resources, recruiting and benefits globally. Her focus is on the strategic development and delivery of programs, services, and total rewards that inspire, motivate, and develop our employees, while ensuring that our Core Values are at the forefront of everything that we do and behind every people related decision we make.

Danielle holds Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) industry certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
