Richard Meador

Richard Meador serves as Vice President at Agile Defense since January 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Director of Data Science at U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command from February 2021 to January 2024, and served as Executive Director at White Sands Missile Range from May 2018 to February 2021. Other notable roles include Deputy Commander at DISA's Joint Interoperability Test Command, Signal Brigade Commander of the 505th Signal Brigade, and Division Chief at the Joint Interoperability Test Command. Richard’s military career also features leadership as a Communications Integrator/Program Director at U.S. Army Central and Operations Officer for the Joint Staff. Richard’s education includes a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Military and Strategic Leadership from The United States Army War College, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colorado State University.
