Samantha Palmer

Samantha Palmer is an experienced quality assurance manager and business analyst, currently employed at Agile Defense, Inc. since October 2022, where responsibilities include developing and managing a quality control program utilizing standards from CMMI, ISO, and ITIL. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at SAIC from March 2020 to October 2022, contributing to the transition of telephony systems, preparing for ISO20K audits, and managing quality evaluation processes for the Army Enterprise Service Desk. Previous roles at Unisys involved managing service desk operations and coaching agents, while earlier experience at TaxSlayer, LLC focused on providing technical support and troubleshooting for tax software. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Augusta State University, obtained in 2010.
