Timothy Hills

Timothy Hills possesses extensive leadership experience, currently serving as President & CEO of Agile Financial Systems since July 2023, in addition to being the Founder and Managing Partner of CAPITAL COMMERCE since January 2019. Timothy founded CHARITYSOFT, where an advisory role is also held, and was a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Bill360 from December 2020 to October 2023. Previous roles include President and Advisor at ICON360, President & CEO of Clear Payment Solutions, and Vice President of Commercial Services at TransFirst. Earlier in the career, Timothy held positions at First Data Corporation, Club Service Corp I Club POS, and served as a veteran in the US Army.
