David Gagne

David Gagne has a wealth of experience in executive roles in the software and technology industry. David began their career in 1996 as Vice President of Strategy, Field Operations, and Sales at Lawson Software, where they helped the company grow from $100M to $600M and build the healthcare business from $20M to $300M. In 2007, Gagne joined XRS Corporation as COO and Executive Vice President, leading a staff of 100+ employees and growing software revenue from $3 million to $48 million. From 2012 to 2015, Gagne served as CEO of Winland Electronics, Inc., successfully launching a new cloud-based software solution within the first year. David then moved on to MedHub, where they were brought in to turnaround and grow the enterprise SaaS and mobile software provider. During their tenure, revenue grew by 30%+ for 4 years with >50% contribution margins. In 2019, Gagne became CEO of Nagios, where they drove cumulative new business sales growth of 45%. Most recently, Gagne was appointed President and CEO of Agile Frameworks, LLC (MetaField), where they provide cloud-based software to connect workflows for engineering services firms.

David Gagne graduated from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.
