Michael O'Grady has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Michael began their career as an Arena Manager for the City of Kettering in 1979 and later transitioned into owning and directing operations for Park Avenue Secretarial Service from 1989 to 1997. Moving into the corporate sector, they served as a Product Manager for The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from 1999 to 2006, where they were responsible for customer relationship management and product development. From 2007 to 2010, O'Grady worked as a Marketing Manager and Product Manager at Standard Register. Michael then joined Teksystems as a Project Manager for Regulatory Initiatives in 2011, managing the delivery of healthcare projects and coordinating business and technical requirements. In 2012, they joined Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc., initially as a Senior Engagement Manager and later transitioning into the role of Senior Solution Manager. In both roles, they demonstrated expertise in delivering client implementations and developing solutions in the healthcare industry. O'Grady's most recent position is as the Director of Account Management at Agile Health, Inc., which they began in 2019.
Michael O'Grady completed their education with an MBA in Management Information Systems from Wright State University in 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) from the University of Dayton in 1993.
