Jeff Giffen

Jeff Giffen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jeff currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at Agile Sourcing Partners, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. from 2009 to 2023, holding various positions including SVP of Engineering and Operations, Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and Vice President of Engineering Services. At Osmose Utilities Services, Jeff was responsible for managing engineering and operations, developing business strategies, achieving growth targets, and overseeing engineering activities. Before joining Osmose Utilities Services, Jeff worked at Hanson Pipe and Precast as a Regional Engineering Manager from 2007 to 2009, at Tindall Corporation as an Engineering Manager from 2004 to 2007, and at Caldwell Tanks as a Project Engineer from 2001 to 2004. Jeff also worked at Tindall Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer from 1998 to 2001, where they were involved in plant capital projects, research and development projects, and the design of plant structures and formwork.

Jeff Giffen obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. Jeff pursued their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1998. Afterward, they continued their academic journey at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering. This phase of their education spanned from 2001 to 2005.
