Shane C. has a strong background in propulsion design and engineering within the aerospace industry. Shane began their career as a Design Engineering Intern at Firefly Aerospace in 2020. In this role, they gained valuable experience in designing engineering systems.

Next, they served as the President of the Rocket Development Lab at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University from May 2020 to May 2021. As the President, they played a crucial role in growing the club and implementing new projects to enhance students' hands-on experience with rocketry. Shane collaborated with the Department of Engineering to integrate the club with the school and develop a space shot program along with a class on testing propulsion systems.

Shane then joined AGILE Space Industries as a Propulsion Design Engineer in May 2021. Here, they contributed to the design and development of propulsion systems for space missions. Shane further expanded their expertise as a Propulsion Test Engineer at BLUE ORIGIN from September 2021 to December 2021, gaining valuable experience in testing and validating propulsion systems.

In 2022, Shane was selected as a Matthew Isakowitz Fellow for the Matthew Isakowitz Fellowship Program. This prestigious fellowship allowed him to further their knowledge and experience in the aerospace industry.

Currently, Shane is serving as a Propulsion Design Engineer at AGILE Space Industries, starting in February 2023. Their role involves designing propulsion systems to drive space exploration further.
