Sally is simply a transformer, someone who is passionate about helping teams and organizations do what they do better. She loves seeing the Aha moments when individuals, teams, and leaders begin to realize how much more potential they can unlock once they understand why work isn’t flowing the right way and keep an open mind to the cultural and personal change needed for success. She comes from a technical background, being a software engineer and architect but now she’s in love with seeing enterprise-level transformations succeed within technology teams and beyond. She loves strategizing with executives who have the vision, passion and ‘courage’ to make real transformations happen!
