Jacob Brozenick

Jacob Brozenick has extensive experience in the field of software engineering and information security. Jacob started their career as an intern at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in 2005 before moving on to work as a Jr. Software Engineer at GST in 2007. Jacob then joined Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer, where they gained valuable experience in J2EE web application development. In 2007, Jacob began working at TEKsystems as a Software Engineer, specializing in JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP web services development. In their role at SRA International as a Sr. Software Engineer in 2012, they focused on J2EE and Spring web application framework development. During this time, they also held the position of Enterprise Application and Web Service Security Engineer at DHA Group, Inc., where they managed a team and collaborated with the FBI and the Department of State on security policies. Most recently, Jacob served as the Chief Information Security Officer at Agile5 Technologies, Inc., where they were responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining information system security. Jacob implemented automated DAST and SAST methodologies into legacy systems and agile cloud platforms to ensure data privacy and integrity.

Jacob Brozenick attended Fairmont State University from 2001 to 2006, majoring in Computer Science. Jacob then went on to graduate from Bridgeport High School. Jacob also has additional certifications, including Certified Application Security Specialist (CASS) from the Information Assurance Certification Review Board and Certified Web Application Pen Tester (CWAPT) from the same institution.
