James Robinson has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. James started their career at Jacobs, where they worked as a Master Console Operator for NASA's TOSC Contract. During this time, they operated and maintained NASA's Launch Control System hardware and software suite, and also served as a key integrator and tester for Spaceport Command & Control flight and ground systems.

After their tenure at Jacobs, James joined Cerner Corporation as an Application Engineer. In this role, they became a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Environment Manager and Deployment Manager (EM/DM), which are parts of Cerner's healthcare software suite. James was responsible for navigating and maintaining all systems used by EM/DM, including Windows front-end machines, SQL databases, and Linux app servers. Additionally, they provided assistance to users via phone and email, resolving any issues they encountered while using EM/DM.

Currently, James works at Agile5 Technologies, Inc. as a Platform DevOps Engineer. James is involved in supporting microservice-based test environments at the FBI's CJIS on NGI. James leverages various technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Ansible, Terraform, and Argo to fulfill their responsibilities. Additionally, they implemented Logstash to parse a large amount of data received by the Elastic Stack.

Overall, James has proven experience in operating and maintaining complex systems, providing technical support, and leveraging innovative technologies to improve efficiency and productivity in their roles as an Application Engineer and Platform DevOps Engineer.

James Robinson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
