Lindsay Menas, MBA, PMP, CASM

Lindsay Menas, MBA, PMP, CASM has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lindsay started their career in 2013 as a Writer-Editor Intern at the FBI, where they provided support in writing, editing, research, analysis, and problem-solving. Lindsay also edited documents and tables for publications such as Crime in the United States, 2012.

In 2014, Lindsay worked as a Web Media Systems Support Staff at Fairmont State University. During their time there, they provided technical support for web media systems.

From 2014 to 2017, Lindsay joined the U.S. Department of Justice, where they worked as an Identity Research Specialist and later as a Legal Instruments Examiner.

In 2017, Lindsay started working at Agile5 Technologies, Inc. in various roles. Lindsay began as a Technical Writer and then transitioned to a Test Engineer. In 2019, Lindsay took on the role of a Software Engineer, followed by a position as a Scrum Master. Currently, they serve as a Facilitator/Project Lead/Deputy Program Manager.

Lindsay also worked at Marion County Parks and Recreation Commission (MCPARC) as a Student Project Manager. Lindsay successfully managed a project that involved the initiation and execution of a sculpture garden or art walk in Fairmont, WV.

Additionally, Lindsay has experience in the sports industry as an Assistant Golf Coach at Fairmont State University.

Their qualifications include an MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and Certified Agile Scrum Master (CASM) certification.

Lindsay Menas, MBA, PMP, CASM, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from Fairmont State University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from West Virginia University in 2015. In 2009, Lindsay completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General at Fairmont State University. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they attended Universita' della Calabria, where they studied Italian Language and Literature.

Lindsay has also acquired several certifications. In December 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In November 2019, they earned the Certified SAFe 4 Advanced Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Moreover, Lindsay obtained the Certified SAFe 4 DevOps Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2019. Lastly, in August 2017, they achieved the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
