Neil Bailey

Neil Bailey has a long and varied work experience. Neil began their career in 1996 as a Digital Design Engineer at Matra Marconi Space, where they were responsible for the initial design of the Inmarsat 4 module and inter-link FPGA design for a multi-processor system. Neil also wrote proposals to assist with ESA funding. In 1998, they joined CSR, where they started as an Applications Engineer and progressed to Senior Applications Engineer and then to technically managing a team delivering Tier 1 customer engineering. Neil then built and managed the Audio Applications team responsible for bespoke customer design (hardware and software) and support. In 2012, they became the VP of BG Audio and Connectivity at CSR/Qualcomm. In 2017, they co-founded and became the Director of Siametric Systems. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering Operations at Agile Analog.

Neil Bailey attended Watford Grammar School For Boys before completing a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Electronics at Anglia Polytechnic University.
