Aaron Geiman

Aaron Geiman is a Backend Software Engineer at AgileMD since December 2023, with a robust background in software engineering and computational research. Previously, Aaron held the position of Senior Software Engineer V and Software Engineer IV at Strateos from April 2021 to December 2023. At Nile from April 2020 to March 2021, Aaron developed innovative computational methods for analyzing medical claims, brain MRI imaging, and genomic data, facilitating the rapid identification of anti-seizure drug therapies. At USC School of Pharmacy, Aaron was involved in designing data-driven approaches to integrate genomics into translational research and co-created a graduate course in advanced omics applications. Aaron's experience also includes serving as a Software Engineer at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where a significant database of microbial reference sequences was developed. Aaron's educational background includes training at UCLABS and participation in Bruins In Genomics.
