Joseph Reid

Joseph Reid has held various roles in the healthcare industry since 2007. Joseph began their career as an Americorps Member: Health Educator & Team Leader at PCC Wellness Center in 2007, followed by a Lung Health Educator role at Respiratory Health Association in 2008. From 2011 to 2014, Reid worked at Rush University Medical Center as a Registered Nurse and Nursing Assistant II. Joseph then moved to UChicago Medicine, where they held the roles of Patient Care Manager & Resuscitation Quality Specialist and Critical Care Outreach Nurse from 2014 to 2021. Reid currently works as a Customer Success Lead at AgileMD.

Joseph Reid obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Iowa in 2007. Joseph then went on to complete a Master of Science (M.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Rush University in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a CCRN certification from the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses).
