Claire McMillan

Claire McMillan's work experience begins in 2016 as a Summer Intern at LB Floral. Claire later joined Gables and Gates, REALTORS as a Realestate Assistant from August 2016 to May 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Unified and served as a Sales Development Representative in the Southeast region from June 2018 to May 2019. Claire was then promoted to the role of Sr. Inside Sales Representative from June 2019 to May 2020. In 2020, they joined Agility Recovery as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked from May 2020 to August 2021. Their most recent role is at Conversica, where they have been working as a Customer Success Manager since August 2021. Additionally, in September 2022, they were promoted to the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Conversica.

Claire McMillan attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2014 to 2018. Claire obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management during their time there. In addition, they obtained the Conversica Conversation Basics Certification from Conversica in October 2021.
