Jay L. is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as a Supervisor and Scientist in the Companion Diagnostics (CDx) division at Agilent Technologies since January 2020. Prior experience includes founding and co-chairing the Illumina PRIDE Employee Resource Group, where Jay L. helped establish the first LGBTQ+ ERG at Illumina and facilitated the company's inclusion in the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index for 2020. Jay L.'s tenure at Illumina also involved leading system design validations for core assays and next-generation sequencers.
