Majken Nielsen

Majken Nielsen serves as the Associate Vice President and Head of Global Marketing for the Pathology Division at Agilent Technologies since September 2014, having also held the role of Head of R&D and Pathology R&D Country Manager in Denmark. Nielsen's responsibilities include decentralizing decision-making processes in R&D and implementing local initiatives. Prior to Agilent, Nielsen worked at Dako from August 2003 to January 2015 in various leadership and research roles, including Director of IHC Reagents and Team Leader for IHC Reagents. Academic experience includes postdoctoral research at Utrecht University and UMC Utrecht focused on anti-androgen effects on germ cell development. Nielsen holds a PhD in Reproductive Biology and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Copenhagen.
