Jonathan Holden has extensive experience in global marketing and brand management, currently serving as the Global Head of Don Papa Rum and previously as Global Head of Commercial for Captain Morgan at Diageo since January 2019. Prior to Diageo, Jonathan held various marketing roles at Mondelēz International from February 2011 to January 2019, including Marketing Manager for Belvita and Ritz and Senior Brand Manager for Oreo. Jonathan's career also includes positions at Cadbury plc, where responsibilities spanned brand management and portfolio oversight for Gum and Candy in Ireland, and advertising management at National Express. Jonathan began the career at Beiersdorf as an Assistant Brand Manager for NIVEA FOR MEN after completing a 2:1 degree in International Business Management with German at Newcastle University and further studies at the University of Graz.
