Michelle Clawson, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Americas HR Services at Agilent Technologies, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 9 payroll practitioners and ensuring payroll compliance. Previously, Michelle worked as Global Payroll Manager at Driscoll's, leading the development of global payroll strategy and managing payroll processing for over 2000 employees. Earlier experience includes a Payroll Manager role at Ocean Mist Farms, overseeing payroll for 1200 to 1500 staff, and a Payroll/Accounts Payable Supervisor position at LaserCard Corporation.
