Osama Garwain

Osama Garwain is a Technical Sales Specialist and Field Applications Scientist at Agilent Technologies since July 2021, where responsibilities include designing protocols for confocal microscopy and conducting customer training. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Associate position at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, leading research on the Ki-67 protein's role in genome stability and chemotherapy sensitivity. Prior to that, Osama Garwain was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, focusing on intracellular signaling during cell proliferation and publishing novel findings. Research Assistant experience at Stony Brook University involved studying G-proteins in neuronal differentiation. Osama Garwain began medical career as a Critical Care Resident at the Ministry of Health & Population in Egypt, and at the Ministry of Defense, treating complex cardiovascular and pulmonary cases. Educational background includes an MBBCH in Medicine from Cairo University, completed in 2009.
