Svetlana Baranovskaya

Svetlana Baranovskaya is an accomplished application scientist with extensive experience in biochemistry and genetics. Since August 2008, Svetlana has held the position of Expert Application Scientist at Agilent Technologies. Prior to this, Svetlana served as a postdoctoral scientist at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute from December 1999 to August 2008, and held postdoctoral positions at SKCC and the Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute between 1998 and 1999 and 1992 and 1998, respectively. Svetlana earned a PhD in Biochemistry and Genetics from the Nuclear Physics Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia, from 1992 to 1996, and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from St. Petersburg University of Technology between 1986 and 1992.
