Caroline Ford began their work experience in 2016 at The Walt Disney Company, where they participated in the Disney College Program. In 2017, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at Marriott International. The following year, they became an Executive Suite Ambassador at the Auburn Athletics Department. In 2019, they joined Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Marriott Voyager. In 2020, they worked as a Special Event Coordinator at Gaylord Hotels. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at CareerStaff Unlimited, first as an Operations Coordinator, then as an Account Coordinator, and finally as an Account Manager. Caroline is currently employed at AgileOne as a Senior Client Services Administrator.

Caroline Ford attended Auburn University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Caroline also participated in a study abroad program at Auburn University starting in 2019. In addition to their degree, Caroline has acquired several certifications. In 2018, they obtained a ServSafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor. In 2019, Caroline obtained a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from STR. Most recently, in 2020, they earned a Certification in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University.
